I survived on $1,326.00 per month Social Security. it's my only income. it takes a lot of sacrifice, extreme budgeting and planning for every month, not buying what I don't need, and only buying what I can afford to pay cash for. I have no debt and no credit cards. I drive a 22-year-old car. my home is paid off.

I have a full time job and get OT regularly. I make $2200 a month. Yes, a person can live on that income. You may have to sacrifice your love of Jordan’s and your $13 coffee every morning but yes it is doable.
