Ingredients:
Garlic Herb Butter
- 1/2 stick softened butter
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tbsp chopped chives
- 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Steak Bites
- 1 lb sirloin steak tips, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper
- Buttery steakhouse seasoning
- Olive oil
Sides
- 2 russet potatoes
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- Asparagus (or veggie of choice)
- 1 baguette
Instructions:
1. Make Garlic Herb Butter
Mix softened butter, Dijon, chives, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings until smooth. Set aside.
2. Mashed Potatoes
Boil peeled, diced potatoes in salted water until fork tender. Drain, mash, and mix in heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
3. Steak Bites
Season steak with Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and buttery steakhouse seasoning.
Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side.
Reduce heat, stir in 2 tbsp garlic herb butter, then remove steak.
4. Veggies
In the same pan, add asparagus and sauté on medium until fork tender (about 8 minutes).
5. Garlic Bread
Slice baguette, brush with garlic herb butter, and bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
6. Serve
Plate steak bites over mashed potatoes, top with extra garlic herb butter and chives.
Serve with asparagus and garlic bread.
