I dropped from 3 sets to 2 sets and took 2 workouts out of each routine I made and I'm seeing better progress with less time in the gym 4 days a week

I go 4 days a week and I do 40-60 min. I do 4 sets. I’m eating better and drinking more water! I hope I can see progress in 3 months I started a month ago. I’m lifting more weight now tho.

i used to do 3 hours in the gym 6 days a week. i now lift 4 times a week for 60-90mins, run 3 days a week and dabble in pilates - and the results have been so much better alongside a much healthier mindset!

Dorian Yates only trains about an hour or so, but that hour will be HELL. So my best advice is: be honest with your output. Could you do more? Yes it will suck, but wasting your time sucks more

Honestly, that’s how I was able to build consistency. Going 5-7 days a week seemed so intimidating. Started with 3 days and now only go 4 and was able to do a nice body recomp within 6 months😊
