Thin lavash bread (in this video, you’ll see me using wraps because that’s what I already had at home, and I’m all about limiting food waste, and this works with both wraps and lavash) is layered with a spiced meat mixture, rolled up, sliced into pinwheels, and baked until golden and crunchy on the outside while staying tender and juicy on the inside. NOTE: the wraps I had at home were lager for Breakfast Burriots, to get a thicker meat layer, use a smaller wrap/the smaller lavash bread with the same amount of meat. Simple ingredients, big flavor, and honestly one of the most fun ways to eat kebabs. What I love most about this recipe is how easy it is to serve. Whether it’s a family dinner, game night, or you’re having people over, these little pinwheels come out looking impressive but require minimal effort.
