Get a big sledge and long crowbar 3’ or bigger. Break up the floor with sledge and hammer the bar under the tiles and mesh and pry up. Can take big chunksz

cut the floor in chucks down past the metal and then go under the tile/metal like usual, works like a charm

I got lucky last week the previous guy laid it on vinyl plank flooring and it was on a slab so the moisture sat in between and they popped up in big pieces and turned what was a full day job into two hours of demo
