Green complements the tile much better, but, in my opinion, it needs a pop of color or strong accent somewhere to wake up the room/draw the eye. The blue is gorgeous and provides that pop of color, but doesn’t mesh as seamlessly; you could prob find other accents in the room to pull the room together if you go with blue. I think it just depends on your vision for the final decor + what other features you have in your laundry room that you can work with.

Definitely the blue- the green only has accents of green, and on a larger scale, it could be that the beige between the wallpaper and the tile woould make the room looked muted, 90's style (hint: NOT GOOD) Blue will be refreshing and is actually the primary to that wallpaper, making your tile stand out warmly. Cabinet wise: I would be bold. Redwood color (comliment the bird's feathers). When the sun shines in it will be so beautiful.
