But, we are staying in a little cozy cottage by the lake, surrounded by trees and birds and it has deeply influenced us to ditch all our plans and have a cozy day-in. 💤 So, we oblige. Thankfully, our Zenbook kept us company the whole day and made sure we had no dull moment. We slept in, started the morning very slow with some tea and breakfast in bed. ☕️🥞 After a few hours, we decided to venture outside and took a walk to see the lake up close. Rachit drew a bath in the outdoor tub and I found a spot to watch my show on with a backdrop of the beautiful view. At night, we looked up a recipe to cook some dinner, read a couple of short stories while dinner was cooking and ended the night with a movie in bed. 🍿 To be honest, the type A planner in me resists it sometimes but days like these, when we let go of the ‘perfect itinerary’ and give in to what we are feeling, are probably my favorite travel days!
