Let’s make a biocompatible, microbiome loving moisturiser! One of favourite things about being a cosmetic chemist is coming up with creative formulas! I am not the kind of chemist that will choose an easy, cheap formula. I do not care how much it costs me to trial a formula. My goal is creating skincare products that are for one, biocompatible with your skin, non toxic and effective. Because I refuse to use synthetic emulsifiers, plastic based thickeners and petrochemicals (unlike the majority of skincare brands out there) it makes it way more expansive and way more difficult to formulate.
