@hicarsondogss: First and foremost, Fat Boy’s mom is safe 🤍 I’ve been in communication with his owner, and let me tell you… this dog is SO loved. She’s had him since he was 8 weeks old. He’s her emotional support animal, and leaving him here was something she never wanted to do but at the time it was her only option. Our goal is nothing more than to reunite Fat Boy with his mom. Right now, we just need a foster to help bridge the gap while she settles into her new life and gets back on her feet. Fat Boy is 2 years old and an 83 lb smoosh. He’s kid friendly, crate trained, and potty trained. He loves women, so we think a female foster would work best. His mom says he enjoys sunbathing outside and really bonds closely with one person. He can be scared of men in hoodies and may panic when people argue, so he’ll need a calm, quiet home for the next few months where he can feel safe. If you’re in SoCal (preferably Los Angeles County) and can help Fat Boy and his mom reunite by fostering him for a few months, please reach out.
