Dark romance is doing bad things FOR your partner, not doing bad things TO your partner. And it's not even the kind of bad that is up to Wednesday or the Addams family's standards. Istg people defend Tyler CONSTANTLY. No but literally I see this so much in media Because the man can do all these horrible things and be a complicated character, but the woman LITERALLY just exists and is hated I WONDER why. Another big example of this imo is Jaz and Ragatha from TADC- female characters get nowhere near the amount of slack that male characters get, simply because of gender AND FOR THE RECORD WENCLAIR MAKES 👏 SENSE👏
