In order and properly timed cause you wouldn’t immediately microneedle it. Microneedling can help but inflammation needs to addressed first. Never squeeze these and you also want to use a tyrosine’s inhibitor because since most will want to pick and squeeze these you’ll get PIH. And if it still bothers you just continue to maintain that order. Treat inflammation, inhibit pigment, gently resurface.
