The crispy mince makes this unreal 🤤🍜 Calories: 396 Fat: 13g Protein: 36g Carbs: 36g Ingredients (Serves 2) - oil or fry light - 250g beef mince - handful of chopped spinach - 150g egg noodles - 1/2tsp curry powder - 1/2tsp paprika - 80g beansprouts - Diced spring onions (bunch) - 2TBSP Dark Soy Sauce - 1.5TBSP Oyster Sauce - 1tsp Sesame Oil - 2x sliced garlic cloves - 80g peas - 1tsp sugar OR honey Method - cook noodles as per instructions and put to side - Heat oil in pan and add mince, press flat and leave 3/5 mins until it crisps, break it up, add spinach and cook for further 2/3 minutes - Stir in paprika, curry powder and garlic for 30 seconds - Add frozen peas - Coat with soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil - Add sugar and beansprouts and cook for 3/4 minutes (as per instructions) - Add spring onions and noodles and enjoy 🤌🏽🔥 #fakeaway #noodlesoftiktok #quickdinnerideas #budgetmeals #homecooking
