I believe God absolutely has the power to open the womb, and the Bible shows many examples where He did. But Scripture also says that God sometimes closed wombs and later opened them according to His timing. People like Sarah, Hannah, and Elizabeth prayed and waited on the Lord rather than declaring it into existence. The command to “be fruitful and multiply” was given to humanity as a whole, not a promise that every individual will have children.
