I like to say it this way in regards to what you have to bring to the table statewide in texas: You need to bring a sword to a sword fight. presenting a "moderate" christian man to texan voters who is actually progressive and speaks to them from their own beliefs is a *powerful* tool. so it’s more about optics than their morals. which makes it even more slimy and disingenuous. I personally think this is why MTG has flip flopped her stance on things. it’s all about optics and strategic choices than any sort of “change of heart”

I'm curious how the political climate will change now that many voters are waking up to the fact that Israel and foreign and billionaires companies are the ones paying our lawmakers on both sides of the isle. I would have considered myself Democrat my adult life but now that I'm seeing that really they're all in on it I truly would like to see a more progressive wave across our political system. I mean we literally need every single person out which is nearly everyone who is taking this money. I know a.o.c is not pro ISREAL so she'd be a good candidate imo for the presidential race in a few years.
