I hate pain killers. They increase my IBS. I find it harder to deal with the fatigue. When asked today; where was my pain? I said it was easier to list where it wasn't 😆. Love listening to your stories 😘

well we can be in pain together! I have the osteoarthritis in my knees and they have been swollen and sore lately and I work 11hr shifts. crap sucks donkey balls

im 40 & was diagnosed with arthritis at 28yrs old. Bone scan showed i am full of it. I take a pain reliever that is eggshell membrane & it helps so much. I work in Healthcare & im always in pain

I feel this so much! I have had 4 spine surgeries, 2 of those were fusions. People don't & never will understand what chronic pain is like! I can be at a 7-8 and usually carry on because it's what im used to.

would be able to take something like devil's claw or white willow? there are other herbal pain relief but they are the two main ones I remember

yes. it never stops. the pain we stay in most people wouldn't be able to handle it. I have Fibromyalgia, MS, Scoliosis, Degenerative disc disease, plus more.
