The sakura trees blooming right now are the early blooming trees. The ‘real’ japanese sakura also known as somei yoshino sakura are expected to bloom by the 3rd or last week of March. ☺️

yes the Sakura that are already in bloom is the varieties called Kawazu or Okame, they are bright pink 🌸. The one you show here on the video are called Yoshino and indeed they bloom more mid March to late March and they are white 💮. you're welcome 🤗
