It’s fn+w im pretty sure, if sound knob still dosent work, but only changes kb rgb hold it down for 3 sec or more then it’ll swap to sound mode instead of rgb mode, id it dosent change rgb already then your fine

I had this problem last week either search up how to fix it for your exact keyboard or do FN + Shift or ctrl+ shift
