@jennynomzz: long overdue update on my chinese herbal medicine journey🌿🍵✨!!!i went to nam bac hong in chinatown and paid $20 for a consultation. my week’s worth of custom herbs was $100 but it depends on your prescription type & quantity. i had to boil the herbs for an hour and drink two cups a day… and the taste was ROUGH you guys. i think i was overly excited the first two days so i was able to take it down but starting on the third day, my body could only take 1 cup a day. overall, it took me 12 days to finish because i could only survive by chugging it and chasing it with water and something sweet BUT i will say… i’ve felt noticeably more energized without changing my sleep or taking anything else. so yess!
