from someone who lives on a street with a school.... kids scratch your car with bikes and scooters. parking is a nightmare especially when it's a sports day or a Christmas play. and they make a lot of noise. I'm not complaining just letting you guys know

I work in property, can you not request the landlord to renew the tenancy or put on periodic so you can move into Charley's? The landlord will have to serve a RHW16 to evict. Hope you guys find somewhere soon x

I rent across from a school it is SO loud, parents also don’t look where they’re going and Ive been nearly run over a million times at pickup time, grass verges are all wrecked cos people drive over them constantly. Don’t recommend.
