@pbc.raleigh: Your brain can compensate for dysfunction for a long time by recruiting other healthy areas. But once those reserves are exhausted, symptoms can appear suddenly. For many people, the symptoms feel "out of nowhere," even though the process may have started long before. #functionalneurology #neuroplasticity #braininjury #concussion #brainhealth

Is there anything you can recommend for a vestibular migraine? That's what I have been diagnosed with in its ruined. My life almost I can't drive.I lost my job.I cannot leave the house.I cannot tolerate anything bigger than a living room. It's too much for my brain and my eyes to handle? And it did kind of come out of nowhere, even though you say that it probably built up over time. What do you suggest for vestibular migraine, please?I am on Nortriptyline and once I get to a high enough dose, my doctor says we can try vestibular therapy, but I wish I could come to where you guys are at you. Guys seem very, very knowledgeable. Any information you can give me about vestibular. Migraine would help, please please please
