I keep them on a schedule of my window. I always keep my blinds open so even if I’m not up at like seven in the morning when the sun comes up, there’s still light in my room and even if I’m still awake doing stuff around the house, it’s dark in their room.

my coworker rehomed her hermits with me and all she had was a heat lamp, i can’t get a heating pad for another 2 weeks. is it okay to use it for that time period? i don’t want for them to have absolutely no heat at all but i also want them comfortable.

I just got 2 hermit crabs and I’m working on the enclosure right now, but will I need to buy heating pads if they live in my room where I keep my reptiles that have heat lamps and the heat lamps from my reptiles, make the room warmer?
