The perfect cozy fall treat! 🍎🍰 1️⃣ Apple Crumble Cheesecake Bars Ingredients: ✓ 2 cups graham cracker crumbs ✓ 1/2 cup butter, melted ✓ 16 oz cream cheese ✓ 1/2 cup sugar ✓ 2 cups apples, diced ✓ 3/4 cup crumble topping Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. 2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs with 6 tbsp melted butter and mix until evenly moistened. 3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust. 4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden, then remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. 5. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced apples with the remaining 2 tbsp melted butter and 2 tbsp sugar for 6–8 minutes until softened. Allow to cool. 6. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the remaining sugar until smooth, creamy, and fluffy. 7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust using a spatula. 8.
