Found a baby Grey Squirrel laying next to his mom who had just been hit by a car, his eyes weren't even open yet, took him in, syringe fed him with squirrel formula, fast forward 5 years we are inseparable. He is the most loving and grateful animal I've ever encountered, and doesnt want to spend a minute without giving love.

Almost got my shit snapped off by a snapping turtle who was crossing the road while I was otw to the beach in North Carolina once. Picked him up while he tried eating me & safely got him to the other side thankfully

Fostered four orphan baby raccoons the Summer of 2020. Absolutely delightful. They were like puppies that could hug and do puzzles.

I kind of think I HAVE never been faced with an animal who needed help. I mean I've helped animals that got stuck inside get out, but never injured I dint think

I skipped class one day because I found a bat on the ground when the temperature dropped 30 degrees over night I called the local animal rescue to ask what I should do and they told me to put a box over it to protect it from the elements but not to touch it in case there was any fear of rabies. They came and picked it up and I waited with it for the hour it took for them to arrive so it wouldn’t be alone.
