I would not go back to her if she made me wait 30min after my apt time. the stylist would probably not wait 30 min for me so why would I wait 30 min for her. everyone's time matters.

I got a HORRIBLE haircut (like one side was significantly shorter than the other) but because they didn’t blow dry/straighten my hair I didn’t realize it until I got home & straightened it. This salon charged an extra $60 for a blow dry + style so I didn’t get that on top of the $65 for a haircut. When I went back in (literally 2 hrs later) they told me that she’s fix it be it would be considered another haircut so it’d be another $65. I asked to talk to a manager & explained the whole thing & she said “yeah that’s how we do it here.” - Called another salon, explained the situation & asked if they had anyone to fix it. They fixed it & didn’t charge me becsuse they felt bad that the original stylist/salon wouldn’t fix it for free.

If a stylist says they want you to be honest with them but then get made when you are honest with them, it is the stylist’s problem, not the customer. One caveat is the Karen who complains about everything—that’s different.

I think the client is going to take all the responsibility and that will make the worker feel really bad for neglecting her. A lesson on not expecting everybody to be negative.
