Why is it always someone who is not black telling Black people what racism is? If a player is not cutting it and a coach tells him to get their shit together or they’re gonna be off the team that is not racism that is real life. It happens in the NFL happens at your job. If you’re not cutting it they’re gonna get rid of you.
