People will also respect you more as a boss if you do, so if you were nice to everyone have a need for likeness , people will walk all over you. yes you could still be nice, but you need to have a line of professionalism. Yes, you can still be nice to your team but need to understand that you need to push expectations and make sure they’re meeting those expectations effectively.

It just sucks when the company you work for it doesn’t support that. They want everyone to try to be friends with their team but also still hit goals and stretch people. Management who push and stretch are villainized in some cases unfortunately

After more than two years of legal disputes over her late husband’s belongings, country singer Kellie Pickler has reportedly reached a settlement with his parents. According to TMZ, the 40-year-old former American Idol star and Kyle Jacobs’ parents, Reed and Sharon Jacobs, have reached a confidential agreement, according to court documents reported on November 4. Kyle, a country songwriter who worked with artists including Garth Brooks and Tim McGraw, d\*ed in February 2023 at the age of 49.
