Visit the quirky (gatekept!) cat cafe, a tribute to the felines that found sanctuary in the area’s 100+ temples. 🍜 Lunch at Kamachiku: Michelin-rated udon in a stunning converted warehouse with a stone garden view. ⛩️🌸 Nezu Shrine: Walk the torii gates during the Bunkyo Azalea Festival to see 3,000+ blooming shrubs. 🌲 Hidden Gems: Grab a choux cream puff (gatekept!) and visit the historic Himalayan Cedar tree. 🍺 🥖 Cluster of Japanese Houses: My favorite spot, a cluster of restored Japanese houses hosting a local bakery and beer hall. 📚 Bookstore: Hunt for antique woodblock prints for a bargain.
