Over a year ago, I unlocked the doors to The Unit Unlocked with a dream, a whole lot of ambition, and honestly… a little bit of chaos too. 😂 What started as a passion project quickly became something so much bigger than I ever imagined. This little store brought me memories, friendships, lessons, laughter, stress, excitement, and so many moments I’ll forever carry with me. I poured my heart into this place. From late nights unloading units, to figuring things out as I went, to the thrill of finding hidden treasures and watching people light up when they found something they loved. The passion I had for this business was REAL. But somewhere along the way, I also realized something important… my heart has always been in real estate. Trying to balance both worlds became harder than I wanted to admit, and this store deserved someone who could give it the time, energy, and love it truly needs to continue growing into everything it can be. That decision was not easy for me at all because this place became part of me. But today is a bittersweet and exciting day because I officially passed The Unit Unlocked over to Yvonne Anderson. ❤️ And truthfully… I could not imagine handing the keys to anyone else. The passion and excitement she has for resale reminds me so much of how I felt when I first started this journey. You can genuinely see how much she loves it, and that makes me SO excited to watch what she does with it. I know she’s going to bring fresh life, fresh ideas, and so much heart into this place. So while this chapter is closing for me, I hope every single one of you will continue supporting this store and now support HER journey the same way you supported mine. Small businesses survive because communities show up for them, and I truly hope y’all show up for Yvonne. Go shop, share her posts, stop in to say hi, and cheer her on because taking over a business is both exciting and terrifying all at once. To everyone who supported me over the last year… thank you. Thank you for every purchase, every share, every kind word, every conversation, and every moment that helped make this dream possible. You all played a part in this story whether you realize it or not. The Unit Unlocked will always hold a special place in my heart. But I’m incredibly excited to see where Yvonne takes it from here. ❤️
