We used a product called bendy ply. Was legit so easy!

I do a lot of curved burnished concrete seats, benches etc. I use something called bendy ply to form the curves, it honestly works a treat. I usually double up and glue two faces together to make it thicker too.

Just use fibro and wet it as you’re curving it , use clouts to fix it off and patch the holes

Should of just use fluted pieces of wood and attached it to the top and bottom wood curve but yours still looked great you could of used the first one and just plaster over the crease ✌
