It wasn't an accident. The couple would've absolutely gone over the seating chart and seating arrangement with their coordinator. If she wants the video she can pay for it if she's gonna treat you like a vendor then you're going to bill her like a vendor. This is completely unacceptable.

I wouldn’t give the wedding video to her and would send a proper bill for the desserts as she did not attend the wedding and therefore no gift is necessary. It would have been nothing for the coordinator to figure out where they could be seated. I wouldn’t do that to anyone let alone a best friend from childhood.
