Well it doesn’t make sense. Wouldn’t you think if it was very clean that there would be tons of trash cans and a lot more than other cites since more trash cans means more trash to throw out. Or am I tripping

I always carried a bag or pouch for small trash, most food marts have small trash cans. Or toss it at hotel

For people who don’t know there was a doomsday cult who placed nerve gas bombs in trash cans a while back leading to the removal of public trash cans. It is expected of you to carry your trash till you get home and throw it away.
