Sometimes the high blood pressure is secondary like in my case I was diagnosed with hypertension in November last year they took tests which showed that I had hyperthyroidism which caused the hypertension, anxiety and depression started taking hyperthyroidism meds the hypertension went down so did the anxiety and depression. I stopped taking antidepressants and they high blood meds 6 weeks ago. I also have the monitor and the numbers are so low now😩
