just dl "world skin" then Put the picture there and then go to create and download ur own skin again and You're going to Minecraft.

so basically you press the download button on the skin and the hold down and click download which should download it at the right dimensions I used this to help my friend and it worked if you have questions let me know

u need to download the link of the skin and it also doesn't work if ur template skin is is screenshot, and blurry, and not transparent.
