From 56kg to 50kg nag start ako nung first week of Feb. Coffee sa umaga and after 8 or 9 hours na kakain. Kinikilig kasi yung mga clothes na hindi kasya sakin nuon, masusuot ko na now. ❤️

Crash diet is a big NO talaga. I tried that before at triple yung bounce back ng weight. Calorie deficit is the best. Hindi maselan sa mga food choices basta properly counted yung calories everyday plus 5km walking

Ako na kinakain parin lahat ng gusto ko basta wag lang talaga tamarin magtimbang. Nakakapag midnight snack pa ako. Hahaha from 73kg, naglalaro nalang sa 62kg and 61kg in 2 months. Pag may handaan di ako nagtitimbang basta balik sa dating gawi kinabukasan. Huwag masyadong kawawain ang sarili guys. Di natin kaya panindigan ang puro itlog lang. 😊

Ok lang ba na puro oats lang, banana, egg and fruits lang daily. Ganyan lang lagi kinakain ko and after 3 days kakain nako ng rice pero 1cup lang then after nyan balik na naman sa routine.
