@deepoceanusa: We were doing a night dive in the open ocean. Everything around us was dark. The only light came from our flashlights cutting through the water. At first we thought we saw something move between the rocks. So we swam closer to check. That’s when we realized it wasn’t a rock. It was a massive octopus. Way bigger than anything we expected to see. We froze for a second… then decided to back away slowly. No sudden movements. Just leave quietly. But the moment we turned around to swim away… Something grabbed my friend’s leg. One of the octopus tentacles had wrapped around him from the darkness. Everyone turned their lights back toward the creature in shock. I swear… that moment felt unreal.
