Even though she's as popular as she is she still the most underrated singer of all time. she gives to the poor, she gives to her entire staff, she finds time for her fans as much as she can. I don't see why people would dislike her. she may not have the best vocals in the world, but it fits her songs. most importantly of all she does give back to the poor and to the fans. she's a sweet sweet woman
