I’m 57, over 200, and have struggled my whole life. I’ve lost over a 100 lbs 3 times…currently on my 4th attempt. It’s so hard in your 50’s, especially with the health conditions I have. I can’t exercise consistently so my diet must lead the way. I have been consistent with my eating and 1 lb at a time, it’s making a difference. Slow going but going. Thank you for this message.
