@hvacexplained: It Gets Worse!!!! Like I said, here’s the other side of that same building and more problems. All the maintenance doesn’t do much if the equipment faulty from the factory. Yes I’m aware salty air does affect metal tremendously. I will show an upcoming video of how I repair this problem.
