@hvacexplained: It Gets Worse!!!! Like I said, here’s the other side of that same building and more problems. All the maintenance doesn’t do much if the equipment faulty from the factory. Yes I’m aware salty air does affect metal tremendously. I will show an upcoming video of how I repair this problem. Check the model number. Is there a -c in the model indicating it’s Coastal rated ?

use one the outter ring and pound it on top of that tool bucket. It'll keep the tools from weighing down one side and messing with the handles

as a person who use to work in chemical plants just brazen all those leaks on the condenser header then paint with enamel paint. that will make the customer a little happier. but sounds like that's gonna be a good job

I was putting icp in 3 years ago I haven’t had a problem but if so i k is where im looking first now but i do believe you got a bad run on coils and im sorry for your customer
