@dannivore: Raw milk contains anywhere from 60-63 different naturally occurring enzymes, including lactase, and many lactose-intolerant people report to me that once they switch to raw unpasteurized milk, they do not react to it negatively at ALL! And most of the enzymes don’t even make it through your digestive system because the human stomach is so acidic so the enzymes are mainly broken down into amino acids and not as an active enzyme and your body already produces its own enzymes including lactase anyway
