I stay airing my spot out bc I feel like I'm suffocating if I don't... year round I am opening blinds and windows for some fresh air. Even read a study showing how indoor oxygen levels reduce during cold months, not to mention the reclaimed air, and all of that is why it's easier to get sick in the cold seasons. Cracking windows is an easy way to keep our immune systems boosted.
