@life.with.the.mills: After trying and trying to establish my own sourdough starter, It was a fail. I bought Mattie Lou and finally have baked a good, successful chocolate chip loaf. The 4 or 5 that tried it said it was so good. I wasn't a big fan of the plain parts but the bites with chocolate chips was amazinnggg.
