@roguegrainco: When plastic kitchen tools start breaking down, those little pieces don’t just disappear. We're replacing plastic in the kitchen one tool at a time, wherever possible. For today’s woodworking project, we're making scissor-style wooden tongs made from scrap wood. This build uses a simple template and two small blocks of wood to create a pair of tongs that work like scissors instead of a spring. These wooden tongs make a great gift and are a fun way to spend an afternoon in the woodshop.
