I have rosacea too and my dermatologist prescribed a compounded gel of metronidazole, niacinamide and ivermectin (it’s called Rositara). It has done absolute wonders for my redness and breakouts!!!

This was my ride or die for years, but as I've aged it settled into lines and started looking cakey. It's not great for mature or dry skin. I use L'Oreal infallible pro-glow 24 hr now and it's thin, natural looking full coverage, sweat proof, doesn't break me out and makes my skin look bright and youthful. It's also only $12.

My Dermatologist told me about AFRIN nasal maximum spray. Little on the face keeps the skin cool and reduces the redness. 10 minutes later I put on Revlon colors Tay 24 make up!👍

Girl- this cream is great but also go to a dermatologist and get the v beam laser. A couple hundred dollars for better skin. I had to do 4 rounds but 3 is typical I think. And now I use a prescription moisturizer. The rosacea is mostly gone .
