well estrogen is a must. i would make sure my progesterone was equally balanced. dont get sun anywhere u dont want melasma...i would also get a temu or shein silicone face reusable face mask for those days i plan on boating, tanning, or playing in the sun.

I got only estrogen patches like a month ago and all of a sudden I have these horrible dark circles on my eyes and they’re like brown dark circles. It is awful.
