@bonnaventure.piano: Why does a piano key sometimes stay down? Sometimes the front rail mortise felt grips the front rail pin too tightly, leaving too little clearance. A small adjustment of the felt restores the proper movement and the key returns normally. ⸻ Pourquoi une touche de piano reste parfois enfoncée ?
