Giiiiilr, I figured it out how to put background photos And the affects from Keys Cafe together. You have two ways to do. 1 - Create the colors and effects you want on the Keys Cafe first and save and after go to Theme Park and select the keyboard that you did on Keys Cafe and add the photo to it. 2 - Make your keyboard on Theme Park first, apply and then go to Keys Cafe and create the colors and effects you want and when you save just select the option to ONLY apply the colors and effects on your already applyed keyboard.
