🌺🏝️ WE STAYED AT THE NEW POLYNESIAN ISLAND TOWER — AND THE VIEWS ARE EVERYTHING! 🏰🌊✨ Last year, we got the chance to stay at the Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and if you’ve ever dreamed of waking up with Seven Seas Lagoon and Cinderella Castle outside your window, this is a Disney resort experience you need to know about. 😍 The Island Tower brings a more modern, upscale feel to the classic Polynesian atmosphere, while still keeping that tropical Disney magic that makes the Polynesian one of our favorite resorts. 🌺 THE ROOMS The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and designed with a modern Polynesian style. Depending on the room you book, you can have everything from a Duo Studio for two to larger villas designed for families and groups. Some of the villas include full kitchens, multiple bathrooms, living and dining areas, washers and dryers, and private outdoor spaces. But for us… THE VIEW WAS THE STAR OF THE SHOW. 👀🏰 There is something absolutely incredible about opening the curtains in the morning and seeing Seven Seas Lagoon stretching out in front of you, with Magic Kingdom sitting across the water. And then at night… ✨ Cinderella Castle lights up. 🌊 The lagoon reflects the lights. 🏰 Magic Kingdom glows in the distance. And suddenly you’re sitting in your room thinking: “HOW IS THIS REAL?” 😍 🏰 THE CASTLE VIEW This is what would make me seriously consider staying here again. There are rooms specifically offering Magic Kingdom and Seven Seas Lagoon views, giving you that incredible perspective across the water toward the park. And watching Magic Kingdom from the resort gives you something you don’t get inside the park: PERSPECTIVE. You can sit back, relax and watch the energy of the park from a distance. And if you’re lucky enough to catch the fireworks from your room or balcony? MAGICAL. 🎆🏰 It’s one thing to watch Happily Ever After standing in the middle of thousands of people on Main Street. It’s something completely different to watch the sky light up over Cinderella Castle while you’re relaxing at your resort. 🍽️ AND THEN THERE’S THE FOOD The Island Tower has its own signature dining experience: Wailulu Bar & Grill. 🌺🍽️ The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating and focuses on flavors inspired by the South Pacific.
