I believe I’m struggling with it all now after a hysterectomy (everything but ovaries). It’s hell trying to figure out the right balance. I feel like I’m losing my mind.

Im 45..and when i talk to somebody that i experiwnced some weird symptoms they just brushed it away saying 45 is too early for perimenopause

I had a complete hysterectomy at 30. I’ve been dealing with menopause for years. In the past couple of years it seems like it’s been worse. When I talked to the doctor he legit told me if I wanted on hormones I needed to choose between quality or quantity of life. I tried to do my research before getting my surgery but there was nothing out there to help me prepare for the crap show I would go through!
