yeah good luck 😭 its the quest for unlocking the sacred anchient mountain in natlan, the one in varesa's side of the map i did it a long time ago anf idk how it even started just do story quests or yk... google the name of the quest from the profile picture

I think you have to go back to the place you met him and that will start the quest ( the place in the image ) I’m not sure tho

You have to do every single wq involving the Little One. Not just the big plot ones but also just the ones all around Natlan and then the last one you have to say goodbye to him and he leaves and then you get that avatar plus a different little saurian you can put in your teapot.

These secret quests are ridiculous 😭 there’s a whole batch of them in Fontaine and thankfully it only gives you 60 primos combined or something but I couldn’t figure out how to activate it for over an hour. Luckily this girl is obsessed with the Narz Ordo questline or else I probably would’ve never done it
