Hunger is a distant memory, body feels lighter every day, inflammation keeps dropping, and the mind is sharp with zero fog. Woke up ready to go again today and got a solid walk in. Still aiming for 10k+ steps when the body allows. The reset is really landing now. After last month’s vacation mode (no tracking, all indulgence), this is bringing back the real me: the guy who tackles hard challenges, stays disciplined, and pushes through the rough patches. Benefits are stacking up fast Science snapshot for Day 7: Ketosis is fully locked in and stable. Fat is the main fuel source, ketone levels are high and steady. Autophagy is running at peak efficiency for deep cellular repair and recycling. Inflammation markers continue falling, insulin sensitivity improves even more, growth hormone stays elevated to protect muscle while fat loss accelerates. By this point most people experience the full “second wind”: sustained energy, mental sharpness, and a lighter overall feeling as adaptation completes.
